Its personnel is QUEST’s most important asset, making it a true Centre of Excellence. QUEST will place a strong emphasis on the promotion of staff, the education of graduate students through a structured graduate programme and on gender equality through a proactive affirmative action programme. The acquisition, education, and promotion of promising young researchers will be pursued in a concerted effort in QUEST’s own graduate programme.
